Do You Have What it Takes to Be a Volunteer?

You can help us reach our goals! Here at the Humane Society of Valdosta-Lowndes County, we use all resources that are available to us. We value our community’s participation, and we love to see our companion animals spend time with out volunteers. Many of the animals we receive are severely ill and are in low spirits. You can make that change from simply spending quality time with them. We need volunteers that are willing to do the following:

  • Walk dogs and load them into transport trailer
  • Provide transportation for animals
  • Assist adoption events
  • Aid in Administrative/clerical tasks
  • Participate in fundraising events

If you are eager to make these companion animals feel at home, then contact us at 229-247-3266 or direct message us on our Facebook or Instagram.
