Carter is a beautiful little black kitten almost 3 months old. He was hit by a car when he was younger, but thankfully he’s made a full recovery! Carter is incredibly sweet and would love it if you fell in love with him. He isn’t quite ready to go home yet, but you can apply to adopt him today!
