DONATIONS

 

Without your donations, the Humane Society can not survive!  We rely strictly on YOUR donations, fundraising events, membership fees, and occasional grants.  We receive no outside funding from local, state, or federal governments.  Contrary to popular belief, we also receive no funding from the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS). 

Your donations enable us to:

• Rescue and find homes for abandoned, neglected, and abused animals.
• Provide medical and ongoing pet care for foster animals.
• Provide medical assistance to animals that are the victims of cruelty and/or neglect.
• Provide low cost spays/neuters through local veterinarians, thus reducing pet overpopulation.
• Provide education and community awareness about animal welfare issues.
• Have a staff that can interact with the public, providing much needed pet related information.
